Camel Ride
The most popular ride in Chokhi Dhani Village is on camel back.
Take this ride to get a bird's eye view of the entire scene
and experience the thrill, especially when the animal rises
from the ground and settles down to let you off its back.
Elephant ride
Enjoy the ride on the mighty elephant and feel the princely
feeling you never had.
Bullock Cart Ride
Developed in ancient Indus Valley civilization, this is known
to be one of first and the oldest vehicle on wheels still existing.
It is still used in rural India on regular basis and forms the
basic mode of transportation in remote villages.
Tonga Ride
The Tonga entered Indian culture in mid 18th century through
the traders  of
East India Company. Built initially for their own luxury, it
later became part of the common man's life. It is still used
for joy rides in many Indian cities.
Boating - Tal Talaiya
Chokhi Dhani has its own beautiful village Lake "Tal Talaiya"
where one can enjoy boating. The waterfall at the end adds just
the right touch of romance to the scenery.

Temple - Mandir Devra
Beautifully hand painted temple which gives you spiritual peace
in this hustling culture.
Rajasthani Village Culture

Re Ghani represents the ancient way of getting oil by moving
bullock round and round a central mechanical system. Garadiya
Luhar shows the working of Indian Blacksmith, who never take
rest till the work lasts. In Mevar Re Dhani and Registan Re
Dhani you will find the special style village huts which represent
the Mevar culture and Desert's special cool huts which stay
cool in hot summer without any A.C.
Mehendi (Henna)
Mehendi is special henna colouring applied in intricate, beautiful
patterns on the hands. It cools mind and body. In India it is
symbolize as good faith and used in all religious occasions
of Hindus.
Museum - Ajayabghar
A display of old locks, arms and utensils give you a glimpse
of an age gone by. A gallery to show the artistic craftsmanship
of our ancestors.
Photo Studio
Chokhi Dhani Village also has a photo studio with beautiful
wall paintings and mirror work on its walls.
Craft's Bazaar - Haat Bazaar
Craft's bazaar is an attempt to bring under one roof the sights,
sounds, smells, tastes, arts and crafts of the 9 most distinctive
states of the country  viz.
Rajasthan, Maharastra, Gujarat, J&K, Kerala, Goa, Sikkim,
West Bengal & Tamil Nadu.
The "NATIONAL HAAT" is built like a giant map of the
country with a boutique of each state built on its geographical
location on the map. Handicrafts from each state are available
for sale in the boutiques. Every month, the National Haat celebrates
a festival for one state. While artisans and cultural troupes
demonstrate the arts and crafts of that state, visitors also
get to taste its rich culinary traditions. |
